“ Every time I order, I get friendly service whether I pick up at the store or have it delivered to my home. I read reviews of poor service and wonder if they might be referring to a different location. The one I go to is in Ramsey - never had a bad experience in the past 5 years. Maybe I'm just really lucky I also enjoy the quality. It's different from other chains, but it’s also one of my favorite pizza places, and I love the way the wings come with sauce & dip separate. ”

“ Chanticlear is my husband's favorite pizza and I love it too! We are thin crust people. Our pizza is always delicious and ready when we go to pick it up. Our favorite is their House Special. In addition to their pizza, we love the garlic toast with cheese and the chanti sticks. The only problem we have is limiting how much food we order... but it makes good leftovers so it's not really a problem. They recently updated their online ordering so it's easier now. I always order online and my husband picks it up on his way home which is very convenient. ”

“ If you like a really good thin crust pizza made with tasty toppings, then you need to try a Chanticlear Pizza in Ramsey/Anoka! The crew there is top notch also. They have been 100% on our orders and we've ordered a bunch of times. ”
“ I have ordered quite a few times from them for pickup, though they do offer delivery as well. They have some great specials and I usually get the XL One Topping Special for 10.99 on Thursdays. You can add ingredients to it for a cost, which is a great option, rather than one ingredient or you can't use the offer. I have tried both the thin crust and the original and I prefer the thin crust. It is crispy around the edges. High quality cheese and ingredients. The staff at pickup have been great, especially during COVID when it was contactless pickup. Now you can go in and pick it up at the counter. Staff is always friendly. I have noticed a few issues with online ordering or App ordering, in that if you try to order after 8:30 PM when they close at 9 PM, it doesn't work. If that happens, I make a phone call and place my order which has always worked. ”
“ We order from here at least every other week and have loved every last bite. We've had pizza, spaghetti and wings, no complaints. There was one time where something happened and our food was a bit late, Nic (manager, I believe) called me and explained the situation and then reimbursed my debit card for our order. You're going to get great service here. The delivery drivers have been great, as well. As with everyone else, they get busy and as with everyone else, they are also short staffed. Be patient, you'll get your food and it will be hot. ”
